Rules & Regulations for the students

Every student admitted to the B.Sc. Nursing at Balaji College of Nursing, Bhilwara should follow the rules & regulations given in the prospectus as well as orders given time to time by the Manauement

  • Every student should attend the classes & clinical or field and will remain in the institute or at a place where practical is to be performed for the whole of the period also you should follow the orders given by the concern tutor, those who are accompanying in clinical or in the field.
  • Leaves will be given as per the rules & regulations of INC (Indian Nursing Council) only.
  • As per the INC rules, every student must have 75% attendance in Theory & Practical for appearing the annual examination.
  • The student those who are taking more than seven days leave without prior permission will be suspended, The student those who are suspending from the Institute will pay fine as per rules of the Institute. If a student is suspended three times will take readmission after depositing readmission fees of Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand Only).
  • In case of illness, student will take permission from the Principal to remain absent from the class and must submit the prescription by the Doctor or medical certificates before joining to the class, then it will be consider as medical leave.
  • All the students will maintain the prescribed uniform of the Institute. Student will not be allowed without uniform.
  • The students should reach the Institute before starting the class as per the Timetable given time to time.
  • As per the INC rules, there will be internal marks of 25% from the Institute. Every year it will be sent to Rajasthan University before annual examination. The criteria for the internal marks will be as follows:
    (a) Performance in the theory & practical
    (b) Attendance %
    (c) Behavioral pattern with the staff, tutors & other students.
    (d) Extra curricular activities.
  • Every student should give your local guardian's Address, Phone No. & Photo to the office, only parents and local guardian will be allowed to contact the students in Institutional matter.
  • All the students should maintain honesty & dignity of the Nursing Profession, and also they should maintain good conduct with the staff.
